Sedum Container Workshop

Wednesday, May 27th we'll be planting sedum gardens in hypertufa and other interesting containers. The workshop will be at 10 a.m. at Maria's house. Please bring:

            • Your hypertufa or other fast draining container

            • If you are using an open basket-type container, bring sheet moss or a coir basket liner

            • Enough CACTUS soil to fill your container

            • 2 or 3 pots of sedums or hens & chicks

            • Sedum or hen & chicks cuttings to share

If your hypertufa container has been out in the rain this winter it is ready to plant. However if it's been protected from rain it will need to be soaked in vinegar to acidify the pH to the correct planting conditions.
